We’re looking for a Project Delivery Support Specialist to join our team! Purpose of the job

The purpose of this job is to coordinate project and support activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, Development Support, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.


Key areas of responsibility

Job activities/ tasks

1. Project and support

  • Plan project scope, timelines, metrics for success and putting project structures in place.
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps
  • Break projects and support development requirements into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals


2. Project Administration and Finance

  • Establish a project management dashboard and and update key progress items relating to each project (budgeting, risks, changes to scope, delivery dates, resourcing, etc.)
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  • Monitor project and development support progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project and development support performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants
  • Flag, communicate and manage project delays


3. Client engagement and communication (stakeholder management)


  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for client’s reporting purposes.
  • Compile project execution communication for client.
  • Engage with client frequently and communicate project progress (highlight and communicate project-related risks during implementation) – Account Manager/Developers and Support Coordinators



Minimum qualifications


  • General BCom / Business Management Qualification
  • Project Management courses advantageous


Minimum experience


  • 3-5 years work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, support Coordinator or similar role
  • Agile Framework Understanding and knowledge is a plus
  • Project Management Framework (PMI, Prince2) Understanding and knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Jira)
