Hosting and Availability.
The Wyzetalk platform is cloud-hosted on virtual servers spread across physically separated dedicated hosts and located in data centres in different geographical regions. Clients don’t need to install any additional services in their own environments.
Our infrastructure is distributed across data centres in South Africa, Europe, South America and Australia to ensure low latency and high availability. We offer disaster recovery with 99.9% uptime supported by three levels of failover and personal information can be hosted in each client’s region of choice.

3rd Party Security Assessments
Security, authentication, and trusted 3rd party security firms
The Wyzetalk platform is cloud-hosted in data centres in a variety of different geographical regions. The result of this is that our clients are not required to install any additional services within their own environments.
With regards to our collaboration with 3rd party security firms, we do not share any customer-specific personal information. Their sole role is to conduct an ongoing series of rigorous security assessments.
Wyzetalk security framework is based on NIST standards.

To this end, we develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve security policies, procedures, and controls at all levels to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information stored and processed on our systems, and to ensure that information is available to authorised persons as and when required.
