The Mission
The scale of what we are doing is significant. There are 2.8 billion frontline and deskless workers worldwide who are often left out of the digital conversation. The need for connection is at an all-time high, and we are the ones providing it.
While your primary focus will be on the (Southern) African market, our (prospective) clients are playing on a global stage. You will be responsible for driving and managing opportunities across Africa, Europe, South America, and Australia. You aren’t just making calls. You are a problem solver for the industries that keep the world moving.
The role
What you will do
Hunt and Ignite: Find the leads, spark the conversation, and qualify the gold.
Design the Win: You will dig deep into the challenges of enterprise organizations and map out solutions that actually work.
Own the Journey: From the first hello to the final signature, you own the cycle. You are the trusted partner, not just a vendor.
Collaborate: You will work with marketing, customer success and product to sharpen our edge.
Be proactive: If you see an opportunity or gap, you don’t wait for permission. You build or fix it.
Learn and adapt: You are a fast learner who can wrap your head around our tech and articulate its value quickly. We are not looking for someone who can just memorize a script; you understand the “why” and can adapt any conversation to that.
Who you are
You have 3 to 5+ years in the B2B SaaS or Tech world. If you know the mining, manufacturing, or retail sectors, even better.
You know how to land a win-win in negotiations without breaking a sweat.
You are as comfortable talking to a CEO as you are to a Site Manager.
You hate wasting time. You use your resources wisely and don't mind creating what you need for a successful sell if it's not there yet.
You are outcome-obsessed: You don't just do tasks, you know your targets and get results.
Since we are talking long-term relationships: you know dotting the i's and crossing the t's in what you admin, propose and sell is important. Naturally we have legal to support when it comes to contracts.
