Hosting and Availability.
The Wyzetalk platform is cloud-hosted on virtual servers spread across physically separated dedicated hosts and located in data centres in different geographical regions. Clients don’t need to install any additional services in their own environments.
Our infrastructure is distributed across data centres in South Africa, Europe, South America and Australia to ensure low latency and high availability. We offer disaster recovery with 99.9% uptime supported by three levels of failover and personal information can be hosted in each client’s region of choice.

We have worked tirelessly to meet the stringent specifications required for the security and protection of data for the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) utilised by our employee engagement platform. Being awarded our ISO 27001 certifications means that our customers can rest assured that their information is always safe from malintent.
ISO 27001 is the International Standard that specifies requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). An Information Security Management System provides a systematic and proactive approach to effectively managing risks to the security of your company’s confidential information.

The Wyzetalk platform is cloud-hosted in data centres in a variety of different geographical regions. The result of this is that our clients are not required to install any additional services within their own environments.
With regards to our collaboration with 3rd party security firms, we do not share any customer-specific personal information. Their sole role is to conduct an ongoing series of rigorous security assessments.
