The Wyzetalk platform is cloud-hosted, so customers don’t need to install any additional services in their own environments. Our infrastructure is distributed across data centres in South Africa, Europe, South America and Australia to ensure low latency and high availability. We offer disaster recovery with 99.9% uptime supported by three levels of failover, and personal information can be hosted in each customers' region of choice. 

Compliance & security

The Wyzetalk solution offers enterprise-level compliance and security. Our compliance and security program includes the following:

  • We are following and practising NIST standards

  • Annual penetration testing via trusted 3rd party security firms
